1. I'm an indie/self-published author, how do I join Indie Inked?
Indie Inked is a closed group and we do not accept any applications to join. In the future, authors will be considered to possibly join the group, but not at this time.
2. Why should I follow Indie Inked?
As a collective of best selling authors, you will get the chance to enter exclusive giveaways, features, be in the know of book signings, events and more by following Indie Inked. We do collaborate with other publication entities/authors and love to share the wealth of the literary world with you.
3. Can I review books for Indie Inked?
We are always looking for reviewers for our authors. References and a list of previous reviews would be helpful. Each request to review an Indie Inked author's book will be reviewed on a case by case basis and then forwarded to the author whose book you want to review. We only accept serious inquiries and do not tolerate trolling, piracy, freeloading or misuse of our work. If you are interested in reviewing one of our author's books, please send a full inquiry stating name, your email, where we can find your reviews on the web, what book you'd like to review, blog/website url and/or facebook page to indieinked (at) gmail (dot) com
4. Do you accept books to review or ARCs for review?
No, we are not reviewers so we do not accept any books or ARCs to review. You may ask each individual Indie Inked author if they would like to review your book, but each author reserves the right to refuse/accept reviewing your work.
5. Can you post my book on your blog/facebook page/each author's page/blog/website?
We currently do not do any outside promotion so we are terribly sorry, but we can't share your posts on our blog, facebook page and/or each individual author's pages/websites at this time. Each author reserves the right to post what they like on their individual pages/websites.
6. Can you beta read my book?
Again, we do not review or critique anyone's work due to time constraints and conflict of interests for some of our authors. We do appreciate that you are trying to get your work into the best shape it can be and we highly suggest you find book review blogs/critique group or partners easily found on the web to do this for you.
